Insurance Policy Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Policy Administrator to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our Life Policy Administration Centre, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective operation of our policy administration functions.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily policy alterations, premium administration processing, and surrender payout processing. Additionally, you will support customer service in responding to inquiries and resolving problems related to all aspects of policy administration.
Key Responsibilities- Process policy alterations, premium administration, and surrender payout processing efficiently
- Support customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving policy-related issues
- Assist in establishing policy administration rules, guidelines, workflow, and procedures
- Review and improve existing operational workflow and procedures to ensure service quality and efficiency
- Support system enhancement projects and participate in product or system testing
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Life Policy Administration
- Good knowledge of Life insurance products and operations
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate with good attitude also welcome
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM, with flexibility for remote work.
