Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Sustainability Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Sustainability Manager. This role will be responsible for assisting in preparing ESG reports, ESG ratings, ESG data analysis, and developing sustainability roadmaps, strategies, and policies under international frameworks such as TCFD, GRI, HKEx, and IFRS disclosures and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• ESG Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of ESG reports, ratings, and data analysis.
• Sustainability Roadmaps and Strategies: Develop sustainability roadmaps, strategies, and policies.
• Data Consolidation and Analysis: Support data consolidation and analysis for the annual ESG report and GHG inventory updates.
• Liaison with Group Entities: Liaise with various entities within the Group to ensure sustainability programs and projects are on track.
• Market Trends Monitoring and Research: Monitor market trends and conduct research on ESG and climate-related issues for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related disciplines.
• ESG Standards Familiarity: Familiarity with GRI Standards, HKEX/International ESG Guides, and GHG Inventory.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to Vietnam, Turkey, Bangladesh, US, etc., when required.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
