This role provides administrative support and assistance with pharmacy operations at our veterinary clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy and supporting our veterinarians and nurses in delivering outstanding patient care.
The Role:
- Support Clinic Manager with stock and inventory management for Pharmacy supplies, medication, and equipment.
- Communicate with suppliers and report to Clinic Manager on price changes or order status.
- Perform routine laboratory testing and maintenance of laboratory machines.
- Provide administrative support for clinic team, ensuring supplies are well replenished and organized.
- Maintain stock and administrative reports to keep up operational standards.
- Responsible for medical equipment upkeep and maintenance.
- Ensure clinic regulations are followed regarding general safety, hazard communications, emergency action plans, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as outlined in the Employee Handbook and safety manuals.
Responsibilities:
- Stock and inventory management

- Safety and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
- Prior veterinary or medical knowledge advantageous
- Experience in stock management beneficial
- HKDSE or equivalent required
- Meticulous organizational skills
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills (English and Cantonese)
