Hong Kong, Central and Western District, Hong Kong SAR China Ogilvy Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Regional FP&A Team in Hong Kong as a Finance Internship candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations, including data verification, supporting document management, and issuance of purchase orders and billing.
  • Support the finance team in month-end closing journal preparation.
  • Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned by the team.

Requirements:

  • Year 3 or Final Year Undergraduate/Associate students in Accounting or Finance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented with a focus on outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic and rapidly changing work environments.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 3 days per week.
  • Potential for progression to full-time employment for high performers.
