  3. Skills: Strong technical skills in software development, project management, and leadership. Proficient in C/C++, PL/SQL, Oracle, Shell Script, and Perl.
  4. Personal Qualities: Able to work independently with minimal guidance, strong leadership skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
