The Senior Supervisor Credit Control plays a critical role in ensuring the effective management of credit risk within our organization. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust credit control process that ensures timely collections and minimizes bad debt.
In this role, you will:
- Implement credit policy, processes, and internal controls to ensure governance over the credit control/collections function.
- Conduct financial background and reference checks on new customers to verify their creditworthiness.
- Track the credit and collection history of existing customers and analyze their payment performance to identify potential credit risks.
- Follow up on payments due and coordinate with customers to resolve any payment issues.
