About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at ECMS (Asia) on a 1-year contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading insurance firm, overseeing a collection of finance operation projects for a large-scale finance transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile business requirements and create functional documentation for finance operation projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance, IT, compliance, and policy teams, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Support the implementation of finance-related projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in finance transformation projects, with a strong background in the insurance industry.
  • Good understanding of finance operations and systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a drive to learn, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Available immediately or with short notice would be beneficial.
  • University degree graduate.
