Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Officer to join our team at Dior. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods from our Regional Distribution Centre to APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support SAP and Regional Distribution Centre project roll-out by providing expert logistical guidance and support.
  • Manage logistics scheduling and planning for outbound deliveries from Regional Distribution Centre to APAC markets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Maintain accurate master data in SAP, guaranteeing correct order creation and scheduling processes.
Project Roll-out:
  • Develop a deep understanding of different logistics flows within various APAC markets, identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining processes.
  • Participate actively in test cases for RDC and SAP roll-out, providing valuable insights and expertise to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Prepare comprehensive user manuals and training materials to support successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Sustain accurate master data maintenance/configuration in SAP to ensure proper order creation and scheduling.
Core Activities:
  • Monitor inbound shipments from Central Distribution Centre in France, ensuring prompt receipt and processing of goods.
  • Manage parameters in SAP for auto-replenishment orders and new season launch orders, taking into account market-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate with market logistics teams for their inbound receiving, fostering strong relationships and collaborative efforts.
  • Coordinate stock rebalancing across APAC via HK, including PO creation for reception or outbound order creation for markets without SAP roll-out.
  • Manage CITES/permit/licence applications and records for import and export through Hong Kong/Macau and destination countries/markets.
  • Provide ad-hoc task support and contribute to continuous improvement projects, driving process enhancements and efficiency gains.
Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in retail or logistics industry, with Asia Pacific exposure considered advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP is essential.
  • Experience handling licences/CITES permits is desirable.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and possessing problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in multi-tasking environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Cross-functional project experience is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
