Job Title: Sales Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support professional to join our team at abrdn plc. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams in growing our wholesale client base. This is a strategically important role at the center of our sales function, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from colleagues across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to our sales teams, working closely with the broader function and other internal teams to deliver best-in-class service to our sales teams and wholesale clients.

• Work with the wholesale sales support team to generate efficiencies, adopt best practice, and provide backup as needed.

• Assist the sales team in coordinating pre-meeting preparation, including resource and presentation requests.

• Assist the sales team in coordinating post-meeting follow-ups, including providing additional information on funds and running analysis.

• Tailor messaging, content, and presentations for sales teams to use in client engagement and obtain necessary compliance approval.

• Assist the sales team in responding to ad-hoc queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Support sales campaigns with market data analysis, industry research, and SF analysis.

• Liaise with investment specialist teams and other subject matter experts to answer client queries, perform analysis, and provide additional information.

• Liaise with RFP & Presentation teams on completion and tailoring of DDQ, RFPs, and pitch books.

• Liaise with Client Service teams to ensure client onboarding takes place smoothly and coordinated response to any queries.

• Liaise with relevant parties to ensure commercial terms process is correctly followed for new clients.

• Ensure the integrity of client and prospect data and records in Salesforce.

• Assist with local events and webinars as required.

• Involvement in projects as required that support the APAC wholesale sales effort.
