Assistant to Senior Sports Physiotherapist

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Senior Sports Physiotherapist. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer software applications.
Responsibilities- Front-desk duties, including appointment booking and telephone inquiries;
- General clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, statistics, and record-keeping;
- Procurement and material management activities, including preparation of quotations and purchasing requests;
- Medical clinic operations support during the absence of the registered nurse;
- Additional tasks as assigned by senior staff.
- Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE or 5 subjects in HKDSE with at least Level 2 or equivalent, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics or any post-secondary qualifications;
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS-Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, with ability to speak Putonghua an advantage;
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure;
- Awareness/knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong an added advantage;
- Shift duty required.
