About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company in the payment industry, expanding their presence in Asia Pacific. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients in the retail, fast fashion, and e-commerce marketplace sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a sales strategy to meet KPI and revenue targets, in consultation with senior management team
  • Hunt and sign up new key & enterprise accounts (E-Commerce/ Marketplace)
  • Develop new sales opportunities through timely identification of business trends
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of new business, identify opportunities, and lead deal execution
  • Collaborate with potential clients and marketing team to develop marketing programs
Requirements
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Business Development/ Sales / Client Acquisition (Hunter)
  • Industry knowledge in Payment / E-Commerce / FinTech domain areas
  • Existing relationships or relevant experiences in dealing with local and regional retail, fast fashion, and e-commerce marketplace clients
  • Good communication skills, proactive, and can work in lean startup culture
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
