IT Director

Rise Associates Asia Limited is seeking a visionary IT leader to drive the organization's technology roadmap and contribute to long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance IT operations and innovation
• Lead regional/global IT teams in a large-scale organization
• Manage enterprise system implementation and operations (e.g. ERP, CRM)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 15+ years' progressive IT leadership experience with industry experience in Manufacturing/ODM highly regarded
• Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives and aligning IT with broader organizational strategies
• Proven track record of implementing cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance measures in enterprises
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
