You will innovate and expand recruitment channels to engage passive candidates. You will collaborate with hiring managers to comprehensively understand recruitment needs. You will ensure timely completion of approvals, reports, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will exhibit strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. They will have minimum 8 years of recruitment experience in-house or from a recruitment agency.
They will demonstrate leadership and proactiveness in driving hiring initiatives. Experience in recruiting internationally is advantageous. The candidate will possess strong full-cycle recruiting skills with expertise in various interview techniques and assessment methods. They will be able to analyze recruitment data to inform decision-making.
