**Job Overview**

The Mass Transit Railway is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join its Infrastructure Maintenance Team as a Foreman / Maintenance Support Assistant II. This role involves leading a team of technical staff in carrying out inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency recoveries, and renewal or modification of track work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical staff to ensure the safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to report work progress, incidents, and activities related to safety and quality aspects.
  • Perform the role of Engineer's Person-In-Charge or Competent Person and other associated duties for compliance with on-track safety requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.
  • Registration under the Construction Worker Registration Ordinance or a qualified track worker of the Construction Industry Training Authority.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a valid Hong Kong driving license class 18 is preferred.
