Technical Service Role

As a Power System Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering expert technical support to our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service for our Grid Software products. Your primary focus will be on installing, commissioning, servicing, and maintaining GE Vernova's range of products, providing quality customer service both onsite and remotely.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an international team of engineers, contributing to the success of our company. You will be working closely with the sales team, providing pre/post-sales technical support and developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, service, and maintain GE Vernova transformer monitoring equipment to our key customers in HongKong and across the region as required.
  • Perform site work including all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial) and manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues onsite and via other modes of communication.
  • Provide technical details and improvement recommendations to R&D, Quality teams for product and process improvements.
Desired Characteristics
  • Able to work independently, willing to travel to customer sites across HongKong and International as required.
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
