Digital Transformation Leader

Key Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be accountable for program delivery for multiple digital initiatives, serving over 20,000 premier advisors and various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to provide best practice and delivery governance over projects delivered by BAU (business as usual) and new projects provided by vendors, nearshore and internal resources. You will manage project stakeholders across the business and group office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the portfolio of projects and BAU initiatives to provide a single view of the agency platform finances and strategic platform roadmap with drill-down capabilities to features and product objectives.
- Work closely with peers to communicate the platform priorities and roadmap to other stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives as the appointed digital business analysis lead for projects exceeding $2 million.
- Manage a team of technology business analysts, digital product owners (onsite and offshore) and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions for customer platforms and peripheral systems across multiple initiatives and workstreams.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes and new initiatives.
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to business analysts and other team members.
- Offer leadership and management to front-office digital support teams (digital champions) on front-line feedback.
- Curate and own the platform roadmap and backlog of demand from business and internal stakeholders.
- Engage with senior C-level/director level business/technology leaders to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluate trade-offs, and influence key decisions.
- Serve as the trusted go-to-person and partner for key senior business stakeholders on driving and delivering digital agency initiatives.
- Collaborate and engage with senior stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for digital initiatives.
- Evaluate whether business requirements align with business goals and objectives.
- Partner with development teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.
