">- Lead a team of developers located in both Hong Kong and Shenzhen in the estimation, design, construction, maintenance, and support of computer-based solutions primarily large scale customer-facing web systems.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered according to agreed standards and methods including architecture, security, quality, and coding.
- Conduct reviews of deliverables to sustain and improve their quality and conformance to requirements.
- Prepare feasibility, functional, and design specification documents for the solution development cycle.
- Participate in walkthroughs and reviews of the design and construction phases of solution development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate estimates for software development activities and report progress to project or line management. Identify and allocate appropriate resources to task assignments in support of project plans.
">Requirements:
Assist in the translation of business requirements into a functional design in accordance with architectural standards. Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges, and goals.
">Education:
Degree in Computer Science or related field. Proficient in software development methodologies and tools.
