We are looking for high caliber candidates to join our professional team in cargo operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting to revise and maintain manuals related to cargo operations for regulatory compliance.
You will also assist in monitoring daily cargo operations locally and overseas in regards of safety and security, as well as following up with incident investigations related to dangerous goods, safety, and security issues.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in revising and maintaining cargo operation manuals for regulatory compliance.
- Monitor daily cargo operations locally and overseas for safety and security.
- Follow up on incident investigations related to dangerous goods, safety, and security.
- Assist in resolving cargo-related irregularities.
- Procure airline stationery and update relevant systems.
- Approve outports' training syllabus and monitor the budget for outports.
- Monitor ULD operations and work closely with HKC and AAT for smooth cargo operations.
- Coordinate and monitor cargo operations in outstations.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the air industry preferably with airlines, ground handling agents, or cargo terminals.
- Tertiary education or Bachelor's degree holder.
- Knowledge in Dangerous Goods Regulations and Cargo Security Program.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound PC knowledge in MS Office applications.
- A good team player with self-initiative and ability to work independently under pressure.
