•Enhancing end-to-end journey on digital platforms through digitization projects

•Utilizing data analytics to improve platform usage and optimize straight-through processing

•Providing support for production issues and handling user inquiries related to the digital platforms

As a Senior Officer, Projects, you will be responsible for complete assigned work tasks assigned by the Solutions Manager/Assistant Solutions Manager to support project implementation and delivery by following the prescribed standard and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute user acceptance tests, document test results, and communicate the results to both IT and business users for rectification/verification.
  2. Carry out business impact assessments, assist the Solutions Manager and business users to define system testing scenarios, prepare test cases, and expected outputs.
  3. Gather business requirements, perform analysis to evaluate the information gathered, and help business users define application workflows/system enhancement areas to address end-user business needs while being customer-focused.
  4. Responsible for project documentations that are clearly defined and in sufficient detail for system implementation.
  5. Ensure all change requests from end-users/IT are managed and approved in accordance with the project methodology.

Requirements:

  • A degree holder in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Business Analysis, with exposure in the insurance/financial industry being an asset.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must). Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products and operations (preferable).
  • Knowledge of project management skills and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in data analysis tools is a plus.
  • UI/UX and quality assurance experience is an advantage.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with a positive and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate internal-facing and technical information to customer-friendly language.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive, able to complete tasks with minimal supervision while being a good team player.
