Job Description:

At Crypto, we're looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Software Engineer to join our exchange team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge trading platform solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop full-stack solutions for our derivatives exchange platform in micro-service based components.
  • Collaborate with product management to optimize existing models and develop new ones.
  • Participate in code audits, testing, and releases.
  • Build a rapidly deployable system with automated testing, continuous integration, and delivery.
  • Identify and implement solutions for back-end infrastructure and platform issues.
  • Analyze and solve cross-stack problems.
  • Work with the security team to build and operate high-security and scalable infrastructure and back-end services.
  • Manage code and function implementation documents.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to upgrade and improve the technology stack.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Java programming.
  • Knowledge of market risk.
  • Experience in developing trading applications in Equity, FX, or Derivative products in traditional or crypto markets.
  • Adaptability to TDD methodology and automated testing.
  • Strong desire for improvement, attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • Openness to challenges and eagerness to learn.
  • Able to work under pressure, fast learner, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Prior experience in Real Time Risk / Margin System development is a plus.
  • Derivative product experience is a plus.
