Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Accountant Transformation Specialist to support our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation. As an integral member of our finance team, you will be responsible for liaising with internal users to gather and analyze business requirements.

The successful candidate will conduct data analysis, participate in user acceptance tests, and assist in system integration tests. You will also support process mapping and design, user manual development, and training materials creation.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial reporting, business analysis, or finance system enhancement/implementation is required.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Knowledge in Data Analysis or PowerBI is an advantage.

A good understanding of data analysis principles and experience working with ERPs will be highly valued. You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.
