Master Planner

CID Gulf LLC is a joint venture company that combines the expertise of Moroccan consultancy engineering firm CID and Omani holding Alkhonji Engineering Consultancy. As a leading technology-based products and services holding in Oman, we aim to build a national consultancy engineering business based on CID's experience and Alkhonji's reputation.

Our independent multi-disciplinary engineering firm operates as a regional platform, part of CID International operations in GCC countries, with its head office based in Muscat.

To be successful in this role, you will oversee the design and development of a specialized high-tech infrastructure project. You should have expertise in large-scale, high-security, and aerospace-related facilities, including complex site planning, structural engineering, environmental compliance, and integration of advanced support systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the design and engineering of a large-scale, high-security facility with aerospace applications.
2. Oversight of site planning, structural engineering, and utility integration.
3. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
4. Ensuring compliance with highly regulated industry standards (FAA, ICAO, OSHA, etc.).
5. Management of environmental and safety considerations, including hazardous material handling.
6. Closure of work with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
7. Utilization of advanced simulation tools (FEA, CFD, GIS) for site analysis and engineering validation.

You will be responsible for managing large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
