Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Staying updated on the latest sensor technologies and applications.
  • Working closely with the R&D, production, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals.


Requirements

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Strong business acumen and industry expertise are essential for this role. Experience in emerging markets like ASEAN, the Middle East, etc., is highly preferred. An engineering background or studies is a significant plus.
