The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our retirement consulting team, you will be responsible for providing technical support on client projects involving the design, funding, pricing, implementation, and management of retirement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with consultants to provide actuarial support on client projects
  • Participate in projects that help clients manage the risks associated with their retirement programs
  • Perform actuarial assessments in accordance with regulations and applicable accounting standards
  • Recommend solutions to improve the management and governance of clients' retirement programs
Requirements:
  • Follow best-practice work processes to ensure high-quality service and deliverables
  • Develop professional expertise by progressing towards qualification as an actuary
  • Accountable for achieving or surpassing annual target of chargeable hours
  • Provide feedback to associates working within the project team
