About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Assistant Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering various communication materials, including corporate brochures, announcements, fact sheets, media articles, and ESG reports. You will also be responsible for managing external communications, handling inquiries professionally, preparing press releases, media pitches, scripts, and speeches for management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting Structure: Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders and business units to drive effective communication strategies.
- Communication Materials: Develop and deliver high-quality communication materials that align with the company's branding and messaging.
- Media Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, organize interviews, and press events to enhance the Group's image and reputation.
- Crisis Communication: Respond promptly to crisis situations, develop messages, manage media relations, and advise internal parties.
- Corporate Social Activities: Organize corporate-level social activities to support the Group's social responsibility initiatives.
- Websites and Content: Regularly update content on the corporate website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Project Execution: Lead and support additional communications and marketing projects as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a marketing team of 10 members.
Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Language, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, crisis communications, and internal communications.
- 2+ years of supervisory or managerial level experience is preferable.
- Experience in the F&B / hospitality / retailing industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in media relations, attention to detail, open-minded, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Strong written English and Chinese copywriting skills; proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
