The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join its IT Services Centre as an Associate Information Technology Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for teaching activities and user operations, installing, configuring, and monitoring IT hardware and software, and diagnosing and solving IT technical issues.

You will also be required to manage and operate IT facilities, support university events, and assist in vendor, inventory, budget, and maintenance management for IT equipment. To be successful in this role, you should possess a higher diploma or above qualification in a related discipline, preferably with at least three years of relevant work experience.
