Job Description:

• As a Senior Accounts Clerk, you will be responsible for handling full set of accounts, managing accounting operations, bookkeeping, preparing journal entries and accounts analysis independently;
• You will also provide support for management reports and group reporting;
• Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing invoices, statements, issuing debit notes, reminders, and receipts;
• Arrange cheque payments and collections;
• Handle the record of miscellaneous charges;
• Handle small claims if any;
• Work in an Accounting team of 2 members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• LCC Intermediate Accounting level or above;
• 5+ years of accounting experience in any business;
• An advantage if experience in Peachtree or other accounting software;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese-word processing;
• Proficient in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
