This role is based in Hong Kong and requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to align global and regional procurement processes, strategies, and action plans.

About the Job
  • Align global and regional procurement processes, strategies, and action plans with internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate favourable commercial terms with internal stakeholders
  • Assist internal stakeholders throughout the entire procurement process
  • Implement procurement-related projects and other ad-hoc assignments
  • Provide level 2 support for global procurement applications in APAC

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a global financial institution
  • Strong self-motivation, excellent communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin both spoken and written, Cantonese would be preferred
  • Solid procurement experience in the IT category is a plus
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
