Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the client in their regulatory reporting requirements, with a focus on liquidity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with project teams to identify project needs and deliverables, aligning with overall Group programme objectives
  • Perform regulatory reporting control assessments and enhancements, preparing required documentation
  • Ensure financial compliance with relevant regulatory requirements of the Banking Ordinance and HKMA SPMs and guidelines
  • Support regulatory reporting and external disclosures
  • Assist in provision of internal data and management reports to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Assist in data discovery and DQ rules implementation for regulatory returns

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management or related disciplines, with a recognized professional qualification an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in regulatory reporting in banking or auditing preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective regulatory reporting processes
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
