Youth Entrepreneurship Support Analyst

Join our research team at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong and contribute to impactful research that strengthens stage-specific support systems for youth micro-entrepreneurship in Hong Kong. As a Research Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced faculty members and develop your skills in research design, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Compiling, reviewing, and synthesizing existing policy initiatives to support the research framework;
- Conducting both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analyses, utilizing appropriate statistical software as necessary;
- Facilitating and coordinating engagement activities with various stakeholders, such as setting up meetings, preparing discussion guides, and documenting the outcomes of these engagements;
- Assisting in scheduling, coordinating team meetings, and tracking.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree in management, entrepreneurship, or social sciences, and have at least 2 years of experience in conducting content and quantitative analysis. Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese is also essential.
