Requirements
- University degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Economics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in valuation of properties and/or government projects in the Hong Kong market is essential.
- Member of RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division) with 3 years+ post qualified experience.
- Strong industry knowledge with established client relationships.
