Job Title: Head of IT Security Operations

At Venturenix Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT Security Operations to lead our cybersecurity team in enhancing our security operations and aligning our security management strategies with our corporate business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 10 professionals across Hong Kong and China.
  • Cybersecurity Operations: Enhance cybersecurity operations and develop management strategies to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
  • Compliance: Implement NIST Framework, HKMA Regulations, and PCI DSS compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Incident Management: Oversee security monitoring and incident management to minimize the impact of security breaches.
  • Vulnerability Management: Provide effective vulnerability management and recommend remediation actions to ensure the security of our systems.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security practices and ensure seamless operations.
  • Project Management: Manage information security projects within timelines and budget.
  • Security Standards: Develop and maintain security standards, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders to drive security-focused automation and improve security practices.
  • Best Practices: Benchmark and implement market best practices to ensure our security operations are aligned with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including 4 years at a managerial level.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications preferred: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP).
  • Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of security technologies, including network, endpoint, email, application, data loss prevention, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Identity & Access Management (IAM), advanced persistent threats (APT), web, and cloud platforms.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership with strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
