About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in IT service management and technical implementation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing cost-effective and efficient infrastructure solutions, data centre management, and valued end-user services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and monitor incoming production changes, ensuring they follow the change process and assess risks and impacts of changes.
  • Perform risk impact assessments of production changes, including reviewing documentation and procedures and escalating problematic changes to Change Management.
  • Follow up and report on changes, such as tracking the status of production changes and updating records for daily/weekly/monthly change reports.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Three years' experience in ITIL service management practices and knowledge in ITIL Service management Model.
  • Hands-on experience in network & system implementation, with knowledge of Windows, Linux system, network operations, system management, database administration & Cisco equipment.
  • Solid understanding of web monitoring and administration technologies, including performance optimization, load balancing, and network security.
  • Good teamwork competency, organizational and problem-solving abilities, communication and interpersonal skills, responsibility, and commitment to the assigned job.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, and Cantonese.

  • An estimated salary of $80,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation.
