The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology is a world-renowned research institution seeking talented individuals to join its Department of Ocean Science. With a strong emphasis on multidisciplinary research, the department is committed to advancing our understanding of the ocean and its impact on our planet.
Job Summary
We are currently seeking applications for tenure-track positions at all ranks in all disciplines of ocean science and technology. Successful candidates will have a PhD degree and a strong research track record, with a minimum of 2 years of postdoctoral experience. They will be expected to establish an independent research program and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate education in the department.

Application Procedure
To apply, please submit a cover letter, detailed curriculum vitae, research accomplishment and proposal (maximum 3 pages), three representative publications, and a teaching statement (maximum 1 page) to the Chair of Search and Appointments Committee. Applicants should also arrange for at least 3 letters of recommendation to be sent directly to the Chair. The recruitment process will continue until all positions are filled.
