This includes overseeing the standardization and systemization of workflows, ensuring efficient and effective operation procedures, monitoring daily operations, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and preparing regular reports. The successful candidate should have experience in handling full set I/E shipping documents, customs declaration (Tradelink), and proficiency in MS office and Excel.

The key performance indicators for this role include maintaining high level logistics services, achieving efficient and effective operation procedures, meeting customer needs, and preparing regular reports. The successful candidate should be able to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve logistics services.
Working Hours and Location
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm, with alternative Saturday off after probation. The work location is at Yuen Long West Rail Long Ping MTR.
