Job Description

As a Senior Research and Analyst at ICBC International, you will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research across relevant sectors qualitatively and quantitatively. This includes performing data and financial analysis on trends of industry development, independently preparing and writing company research reports, sector reports, and Pre-deal research reports. Additionally, you will develop and maintain the Consumer market database, assist in sector-related ad-hoc research projects, organize and participate in non-deal road shows, forums, and company visits, and be responsible for marketing duty of meeting with investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across relevant sectors
  • Perform data and financial analysis on industry trends
  • Prepare and write company research reports and sector reports
  • Maintain the Consumer market database
  • Assist in ad-hoc research projects
  • Organize and participate in non-deal road shows and forums
  • Responsible for marketing duty of meeting with investors

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or other relevant majors
  • 3 years' experience or above in finance industry, preferably in equity research, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or other relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Solid financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Ability to mine and search data from different sources
  • Able to write research reports complying with regulations and in-house standards
  • Effective communication and conviction skills
  • Proactive in taking responsibilities and able to multi-task
  • Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field
  • Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal communication skills
