Join our dynamic team as a Senior Backend Developer, where you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions for various innovative projects. These initiatives are closely aligned with our core operations and are executed swiftly with a lean team approach. You will be instrumental in architecting components that support scalable applications, encompassing everything from user interface to backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in backend service development, operational enhancements, and architectural decision-making, while actively participating in design discussions, code reviews, and product implementation.
  • Expand our Card product offerings and facilitate entry into new markets.
  • Provide technical support to address and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Take ownership of projects, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and exploration of new technologies.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues within extensive backend infrastructures.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed code and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps and Infrastructure teams to enhance our technology stack for sustainable engineering projects.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about creating top-tier products that address real-world challenges, with experience in diverse technologies, self-driven, quick to learn, and possessing a proactive mindset.
  • Open to constructive feedback, eager to improve processes, and willing to embrace challenges and new opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing conflicting requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with financial technologies or blockchain concepts is a plus.
  • Proficient in Ruby, with additional experience in Golang being advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Postgres, Redis, and Kafka is preferred.
  • Experienced in addressing scalability, security, and performance optimization challenges.
