About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves performing product development for assigned fashion brands/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to: Head of Product Management
  • Perform product development from prototyping phase through to mass production
  • Provide technical support and liaison with internal departments and external clients for product development
  • Ensure development of new products adheres to design briefs during prototyping and sampling phases
  • Regularly provide concise reports and progress updates to the Head of Product Management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or Higher Diploma in Fashion Design (especially in flat knit), Textile Technology, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of solid experience in fashion design, fashion development, or fashion merchandising
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin

Preferred Attributes:

  • Responsible, well-organized, eager to learn, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with sampling/prototyping and direct interaction with manufacturers to troubleshoot and monitor progress
