The HSH Group/The Peninsula Hong Kong is seeking a Hotel Security Supervisor to oversee and manage the Security team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deputy to the Director of Security and Operational Risk, ensuring seamless security operations.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team to maintain optimal safety and security within our property.
  • Assist in coordinating security operations, including managing, training, and assessing the performance of the entire security team.
  • Supervise, manage, and lead the team to ensure the highest level of security and safety of life and property.
  • Develop security policies and procedures, guaranteeing compliance with corporate security and loss control requirements.
  • Handle and supervise investigations of all security incidents and accidents, providing findings and recommendations to the Director of Security & Operational Risk.
  • Effectively communicate information to the team, co-workers, and stakeholders to manage the security program.
  • Conduct regular inspections of potential hazards within the property related to fire, life, health, safety, and security, filing precautionary reports.

General Requirements

  • A Higher Diploma in Security or Risk Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in hotel operations and/or property management with a valid Security Personnel Permit.
  • Exceptional knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire safety, security systems, incident handling, and investigation techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Security and Safety Managers.
