Service Engineer, Controls/BMS Specialist

About the Role

The team at Johnson Controls delivers innovative solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments for building management systems. To cope with our expanding business, you will be part of a growing project/service team driving new projects or maintaining customer facilities. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, and price negotiation.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors for project implementation.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facilities are running efficiently, including upselling opportunities.
  • Support proposals to support recommendations and solutions.
  • Handle project administration.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Service/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2 to 10 years' relevant experience.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Effective interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Good problem-solving techniques, organizing, and planning ability.
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work on-site in various locations.
