Job Title: Café Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Café Attendant to join our team at The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups. As a Café Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the café area and kitchen
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic knowledge of Cantonese and English languages
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

• Work in a café environment, with exposure to food and beverages
• May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
