We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Regional CRM Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on functional and technical analysis, implementation execution, and ensuring seamless system integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Multiple Full Life Cycle Salesforce Implementations: With extensive experience in delivering successful Salesforce projects, you will be able to lead cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented outcomes.
  2. Apollo Best Practices: Your solid understanding of Apex Best Practices for Custom Development will enable you to design and develop scalable and maintainable solutions.
  3. Module Expertise: Experience with 2 or more of the following modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com is essential for this role.
  4. Coding Skills: 1+ years of Apex and Visualforce coding experience will be required to deliver high-quality solutions.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and perform sound technical work while working effectively with stakeholders and users.
  6. Consultancy or System Integrator Experience: Prior experience in consultancy or system integrator roles will be advantageous for this position.
  7. Certification: Relevant Salesforce Certification (e.g. Platform Developer I, II) will be preferred.
  8. Education: University graduate in Information System, Business Administration or related discipline.
  9. Experience: At least 8 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in CRM implementation/development experiences, ideally with platform Salesforce.com.
