The Corporate Communications Assistant Manager will be responsible for:
- Communication Materials: Develop and deliver various communication materials, including corporate brochures, announcements, fact sheets, media articles, and ESG reports.
- Media Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, organize interviews, and press events to enhance the Group's image and reputation.
- Crisis Management: Respond promptly to crisis situations, develop messages, manage media relations, and advise internal parties.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a marketing team of 10 members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Language, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years corporate communications, crisis communications, and internal communications experience.
- 2+ years supervisory or managerial level experience is preferable.
- Experience in the F&B / hospitality / retailing industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in media relations, attention to detail, open-minded, adaptable, and collaborative.
- Strong written English and Chinese copywriting skills; proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
