About the Role:

This role involves processing business matching requests, coordinating with internal departments and external parties, and implementing business matching campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing & procurement, merchant relationship management, project management, event organisation, sales & marketing operations, and customer services.

Responsibilities:
  • Process business matching requests in a timely and quality manner through in-depth analysis of customers' requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to provide business matching support for local fairs, online delegations, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with a minimum of 4 years' solid working experience in sourcing & procurement, merchant relationship management, project management, event organisation, sales & marketing operations, and customer services.
  • Strong business sense, analytical mind in understanding matching requirements.
  • Prudent and quality-oriented in matching progress and delivering concise and precise services report both in English and Chinese.
