To achieve this, you will utilize your exceptional recruitment skills and industry knowledge to source, attract, and hire top talent across multiple functions. You will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide valuable insights, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring timelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement with passive candidates.
- Providing expert advice on recruitment strategies, candidate profiling, and hiring timelines.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform recruitment decisions.
Requirements:
