Job Title: Assistant Vice President - Business Development

About the Role

This key leadership position drives business growth through strategic market development, new customer acquisition, and sales revenue generation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Focusing on specific market segments to identify high-potential accounts and establish new sales contacts
  • Capturing new customers to grow the business and understanding their needs for focused new business hunting
  • Executing new product planning and preparing technical sales kits
  • Providing support in quotation processes, customer follow-up, sales, and technical discussions to the overseas Business Development team
  • Driving revenue and managing pipelines to achieve sales quotas per assignment
  • Conducting market/product research in assigned market segments for business planning
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering discipline
  • A proven sales track record in the Electronics Industry or Electronic Manufacturing setting, with good interpersonal and negotiation skills to acquire new customers and close deals
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing, business development, program management, and technical background
  • Experience in conducting market/product research reports and strong statistics analysis skills for market data
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and relevant AI tools
  • Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and in global time zones
  • An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to speak any EU language desirable
