Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at Hypebeast. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive high-quality beverages and food.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage inventory of Hypebeast's beverage and food offerings.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to customers.
• Handle customer orders and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant area.
• Participate in generating revenue by attracting new customers and defining new services and products.
• Be prepared to work at either cafe location as required.

Requirements

• 1+ year of relevant working experience in a sizable cafe/restaurant is highly preferred.
• High proficiency in both spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Polite, presentable, people-oriented, good team player, punctual, detail-oriented.
• Hard working with an outgoing and positive personality.
• Knowledge and/or interest in coffee is a plus.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
