In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 2/3 support for UAT and production environments, ensuring the stability and efficiency of trading platforms across Front Office and Middle Office applications.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Resolve technical trading-related issues, escalating to subject matter experts when necessary, and managing communications with trading staff and stakeholders.
  • Automate processes and uplift environment management tools to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
  • Deploy, support, and monitor internal trading systems, ensuring platforms are correctly installed, configured, and tested.


Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience in a Linux environment, with proficiency in shell scripting, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience in financial technology and familiarity with FIX protocols.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and a solid understanding of SDLC processes.
