We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional services to our clients across Asia.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience supporting MacOS, MS Windows, Office applications, and desktop hardware, preferably with retail industry experience.
The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up and preparing user workstations and computers, conducting system monitoring, performance checks, and data backup operations, and supporting the Regional Senior IT Manager in IT project design and implementation.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in system and network management, especially Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange, TCP/IP network / WiFi setup, and Microsoft operating systems like Win11 and Windows Server Family.
Apart from technical expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently under pressure are essential. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is also required.
This position involves travel within Asia on short notice and working overtime, including on-call emergency standby.
