About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst, Report & Dashboard Manager to join our team at HKT. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining the data pipeline architecture, maintaining data warehouses, and conducting quantitative analysis that meets functional/non-functional business requirements.

  • Create and maintain the data pipeline architecture.
  • Maintain data warehouses and conduct quantitative analysis that meet functional/non-functional business requirements.
  • Help build the infrastructure required for data extraction, mining, transformation, and automation from various data sources.
  • Set up, test, and optimize business intelligence tools, analytics software, and database servers to maximize the functionality of the current data systems.
  • Lead on data transformation strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Support the formulation of data quality and data definition improvement initiatives across the organization on various data domains.
  • Analyze data areas to explore automated solutions to improve the quality of critical data elements and fulfillment of commercial requirements.
  • Create reports and dashboards based on recommendations and findings for internal teams and/or external clients.
  • Support the build and maintenance of all reports and dashboards, monitor data quality, and delivery deadlines.
  • Handle enquiries for all reports and dashboards.
About You

We are looking for a Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related discipline with relevant experience in managing E-commerce Meetingplace/Marketplace and E-commerce advertising campaigns. You should have a strong sense of E-commerce products, deep understanding of Marketing Funnels and Customer Journeys, and passion for understanding customer behavior and conversion rate optimization.

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in managing E-commerce Meetingplace/Marketplace.
  • Relevant experience in managing E-commerce advertising campaigns.
  • Strong sense in E-commerce products.
  • Deep understanding of Marketing Funnels and Customer Journeys.
  • Passion for understanding customer behavior and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to execute a project independently.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially BI, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative and Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Result oriented and data-driven.
  • Proficient in written or spoken English.
  • Will to travel if required.
  • Immediate availability is preferable.
Salary: HKD $60,000 - HKD $80,000 per month
